Initial meet and greet
David will meet with you to discuss the concept of your vision and dream. This meeting will include a site inspection where you can go through approvals, building regulations and any potential restrictions that could come into play with you project.
A scope of works is compiled so we can achieve a preliminary budget. The scope of works can be determined by the architect, client and David and is where the work to be performed is described. A scope for example maybe a brand of cladding to be used, or a certain design of internal door you like and the level of finishes and fixture you desire.
The preliminary budget is compiled and is an indicator for the final pricing, based on level of finishes and fixtures and the scope determined.
After discussing the preliminary budget, we fine tune the bill of quantities and estimates to achieve the cost of your project. We will provide a quote that is fair for the services we will provide to create that dream space.
Throughout the construction of your vision, communication is the key ingredient to a smooth and seamless build. You will be provided with photos of each step of the construction and access to site for inspections on arranged times. We keep you updated via email and phone calls. We strive to build a relationship between builder and client that lasts long beyond the construction process.
Compliance for Handover
This stage involves the submission of all relevant compliance documents to the certifying authorities. A pre handover walk through is organised to ensure you are happy with the end result. After both parties sign the handover document the keys to your dream build are yours.
